Overview
The Sales Recruiter is responsible for attracting and hiring entry-level sales candidates across the PLS network. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, while learning key recruiting skills to help advance your career.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with prospective applicants
- Represent PLS professionally over the phone, in the office, and out at college networking events
- Track and document all efforts in applicant tracking systems
- Assist with new hire orientation process including new hire paperwork
- Identify personnel needs, job specifications, qualifications, and skills
- Review applications to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about organization and position
- Screen and refer candidates for additional interview with others in organization
- Utilize all recruiting and sourcing platforms available for candidate activity
- Provide information on company facilities and job opportunities to potential applicants
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3 years of recruiting strongly preferred
- Comfort level in a growth- and goal-oriented environment
- Sense of urgency and bias for action
- Strong ability to articulate verbally and present professionally
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
