We’re looking for an experienced Project Engineer with 4 years of land development design experience to join our San Diego team. If you’re passionate about designing and developing thriving communities and want to work with a like-minded team, we want to hear from you!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Project Engineer, you will :

  • Design land development projects, including site layout, grading, drainage, and utilities.
  • Prepare detailed plans, calculations, and reports using industry-standard software.
  • Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and project managers to deliver high-quality results.
  • Ensure designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Participate in meetings with clients and stakeholders to understand project needs.
  • WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • BS Degree in Engineering (Civil or Environmental) from a four year college or university.
  • Multiple years of experience with CAD software (Carlson / Civil 3D / AutoCAD preferred)
  • Possess 4 years of relevant work experience in land development
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills
