No matter the need, we keep our customers supplied and running. We are currently seeking a Training Coordinator to join our People and Culture team.
Keep Supply's Training Coordinator is responsible for supporting training efforts across all of Keep. This role will focus on coordinating training activities designed to educate the Keep team on everything they need to know to achieve their professional goals at Keep.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Training Manager in onboarding new Sales team members.
- Coordinate all internal and external training activities, including room setup and meeting invitations.
- Train team members on topics such as new technology features, company processes, etc.
- Gather all information needed for specific training topics and provide to the content creator or create training.
- Create job aids and quizzes to be used for training follow up.
- Track completion of post-training coaching sessions and follow up with leaders.
- Create training activities to support training materials.
- Upload created / completed training into the learning management system.
- Ensure that Keep team members understand the "why" behind how Keep does business.
- Work with industry partners to coordinate training and follow through to evaluate effectiveness.
- Administer and train new hires on Predictive Index and how their profiles may affect their work styles. .
- Work with the leadership team to support and plan ongoing training and development activities.
- May be asked to work on other projects as needed.
