About Us:
Plucky Palomino Petting Zoo is part of the larger, historical Tollgate Farm Park in North Bend, WA. We are both a working farm and an educational hub, offering hands-on learning experiences for children and adults alike. Our on- and off-farm programming provides opportunities to explore sustainable agriculture, food production, and farm animal care. As we grow, we’re excited to expand our educational offerings with more structured classes and programs that foster a deeper understanding of farm life, ecology, and environmental stewardship.

What You'll Do:
- Lead mobile petting zoo events, engaging kids and families with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Transport and care for animals during gigs, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Provide outstanding customer service and create memorable experiences for event guests.
- Represent our business with a friendly attitude and attention to detail.

What We're Looking For:
- Must be available on weekends (weekday gigs also available).
- Fun, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Smartphone with Google Maps is a must.
- Reliable Transportation: You’ll need a dependable vehicle with space for cargo (e.g., SUV, van, or covered pickup).
- Comfortable working with animals and kids.
- Friendly and great at problem-solving.
- Dependable and committed to your scheduled gigs.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- 21 or older.
Additional Details:
- Spring and summer are busy; work slows down in the winter.
- Based in North Bend, WA, with gigs across Seattle and the Eastside (travel within about an hour).
- Pay is per gig, with travel reimbursements and the potential to earn $60–$500 per weekend, plus tips!
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- A strong sense of responsibility and ability to self-manage.
- Willingness to transport animals in their travel crates safely and responsibly when needed.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and events.
