Who We’re Looking For

We’re a diverse team with backgrounds in technology and entrepreneurship and we’re growing rapidly to deliver on our mission. We’re actively seeking a Program Manager in Cedar Park, Texas, who is an operational powerhouse, organized, and can manage multiple projects at one time. As a Program Manager you will be running the 3-6 months acceleration program up to twice a year by setting up events and networking sessions, own startup relationships, support business development with their corporate accounts and deal flows, prepare marketing collateral, order promotional materials and supplies for the team, and more.

How You’ll Make a Difference

Programs and Operations

• Own operational aspects of programs and collaborate with team to run program events (e.g. Orientation, Expos, Workshops)
• Build relationships with startups in the accelerator program.
• Hold intake interviews, exit interviews, and make sure all startups are on track to meet program goals.
• Grow and maintain an ecosystem of mentors and VCs to bring more value to the program.
• Set up sessions for startups to meet with Mentors, VC’s and corporate partners for the program.
• Collect feedback and develop an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
• Wrap up the program with a batch analysis report and individual startup report cards.
  
  

Event Management

• Setup events, mentor sessions, workshops, office hours, deal flows to build up the program.
• Book venue, brainstorm content, outreach speakers.
• Inform our network about upcoming events.
• Assist and coordinate travel arrangements with key individuals.
• Prepare name tags, demo table signs, registration, printouts for events.
• Meet on a regular basis with stakeholders to make communication easy and project manage to do for the team.
• Create and co-host community events to continue engagement and grow the local ecosystem.
• Create and host events in all formats: virtually, hybrid, and in person.
• Follow given events budget.
  
  

Marketing

• Coordinate a monthly newsletter / social media updates with the marketing team.
• Prepare flyers and communication tools with our marketing team for major events such as: Selection Day, Meetups, EXPO
  
  

Preferred Experience

• Well-connected within the Austin area, with strong ties to local communities, events, co-working spaces, and universities.
• Deep understanding of the local business landscape, including key industry players, startup hubs, and innovation initiatives.
• Strong relationships with founders, investors, and ecosystem builders to facilitate valuable connections for the program.
• Experience in organizing and attending networking events, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying strategic partnership opportunities.
• Ability to leverage local resources and partnerships to enhance program visibility and engagement. Knowledge of university entrepreneurship programs and a track record of collaborating with academic institutions for talent acquisition and startup engagement.
• Passion for community-building, with a proven ability to engage and grow networks that support startups and innovation.
• Process-oriented, self-driven thinker with a high level of attention to detail
• Ability to operate comfortably across a wide range of complex technical topics with a demonstrated passion for technology
  
  

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
• Detail oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong process and analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and create improvements
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in public speaking
• Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
• A passion for early-stage venture capital, startups, and entrepreneurship with a good understanding of emerging technologies
