We’re seeking a motivated, eager-to-learn Apprentice Electrician to join our expanding team. This is an incredible chance for hands-on training under experienced electricians, while gaining real-world experience in residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems. What You’ll Do:
- Assist licensed electricians with electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance at residential, commercial, and industrial job sites.
- Gain hands-on experience in the installation and troubleshooting of electrical systems, including wiring, conduit, and electrical components.
- Help with the preparation and layout of electrical systems based on blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Maintain a safe and clean job site, ensuring tools and materials are organized.
- Perform basic electrical tasks under supervision, including pulling wire, assembling electrical panels, and installing devices.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Learn to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Keep accurate records of work completed, including pictures, materials, and time logs.
- Attend mandatory safety and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Participate in ongoing mentorship with senior electricians to gain practical, real-world experience.
- Adhere to the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local code regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- Experience with hand tools and power tools (a plus).
- Must have personal tools for the job (a tool list will be provided).
- Familiarity with voltmeters and ohmmeters.
- Basic knowledge of NEC regulations and low voltage systems.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience on construction sites and blueprint reading is a plus.
