Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Leadership: Provide strategic direction, coaching, and leadership to the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals, focusing on expansion in existing markets and penetration into new segments.
• Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and scale a top-tier sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, performance, and growth.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Revenue Growth: Identify new business opportunities and drive strategies for increasing sales in emerging verticals.
• Forecasting & Reporting: Manage sales forecasting, pipeline development, and reporting; ensuring transparency and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:
• 10 years of sales experience in the technology sector, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in high-growth environments.
• Expertise in selling enterprise technology solutions (SaaS, cloud computing, AI, tech consulting or cybersecurity experience preferred).
• Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on team building, coaching, and mentorship.
• Analytical mindset, comfortable working with data to drive strategy and improve performance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
