Position Description: Office & Facilities Manager

Role
This is an Administrative Operations position responsible for managing the activities associated with the general maintenance, repair, and appearance of the facility, outside grounds, office and meeting spaces, and third party providers. This individual will report to the Division Controller, and will interface daily with Operations Staff to support the continuity of all operations on building grounds.
Responsibilities
- Establish & manage preventative maintenance schedules for building systems , vehicles, and equipment.
- Develop business relationships, manage, and coordinate with third-party vendors for broadband, janitorial, pest services, landscaping, snow removal, fleet, contractor, and other facility maintenance related services.
- Suggest efficiency ideas, cost reduction measures, and assists with the implementation of changes within fleet and facility maintenance programs
- Utilize CRM for building maintenance task management.
- Oversee fleet management software and advise each office on upcoming maintenance requirements
- Update and manage vehicle records
- Ensure Company is in compliance with local, state and federal regulatory agencies (i.e. OSHA Posters, Labor Department Posters, etc.)
- Complete and maintain assigned business registrations, licenses, and certifications.
- Establish and maintain workstation plans, service and or replace equipment where needed.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory of office consumables
- Provide administrative support to the Accounting department, including but not limited to data entry, scanning, filing, and records maintenance.
- Additional Duties as needed
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years maintenance management experience preferred.
- Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: Must possess a valid state Driver's License

Pay Range
- $61,800.00 - $71,800.00 Annually
