The Company

The Position
The Roof Lead is a mission critical role within the organization. This individual is responsible for leading all installation efforts on the roof. He/She shall work with the Crew Leader to prep installation materials, ensure staff and equipment are trained and operating in a smooth and efficient manner, and manage installation activities on the roof. This individual shall ultimately be responsible for the installation of all DC components, including modules and racking.
The Responsibilities
- Aid in the preparation of job materials, crew members, and equipment
- Work with Crew Leader to ensure the integrity and effectiveness of safety protocols
- Deploy with the installation crew to each installation
- Aid in the staging of materials
- Direct and perform array layout activities
- Manage and ensure modules and racking are installed according to specification
- Ensure all closeout and commissioning procedures are being completed
- Additional duties as needed
- Qualifications

- Minimum 1 Year installing photovoltaic systems.
- Ability to work in extreme environments (example: hot sun, cold) & Capable of lifting 50 lbs
- Must be willing and able to climb ladders, stairs and work on rooftops.
- Excellent customer service & communication skills.
- Must be a self-starter with a natural sense of urgency and motivation to succeed
- Must have a valid state driver’s license and the ability to pass a pre-employment background screening
