PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

DESCRIPTION

The Church Production Coordinator assists in managing the technical and logistical elements of

worship services and events. This role supports the smooth execution of services by helping to

manage audio / visual equipment, and contribute to the creative vision of the church.

KEY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and supporting the leadership of the production team for

weekend experiences and other ministry events.

  • Assist in recruiting and developing qualified team members for the Production team.
  • Run tech-assists and manage tech needs with various groups for other departments as

    • well as outside events.

  • Help build community and excellence into our Production Team.
  • Stay current on audio, production, and worship trends and culture.

    ANTICIPATED TIME COMMITMENTS

    20 hours / week

    Weekdays : Monday & Tuesdays required with some weekend responsibilities. (subject to change)

    JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

  • Strong communication & Administrative skills

  • Weekly Planning Meetings
  • Monthly all staff meeting (Dependent on availability)
  • Ministry event support as needed.
  • Supply and equipment management
  • Project management, planning, and implementation of goals and objectives for the

    • department.

  • Other duties as assigned by the Production Director

    • EVALUATION PROCESS

    Introductory period 60 days, Secondary check-in at 90 days
