Plum Dental is a group of 25 practices in Rhode Island and eastern Connecticut that is owned by its founder dentists. We utilize the most current cloud-based practice management software and latest clinical tools and technology to enable you to deliver the best patient care possible. Beyond technology, you'll have direct access to over 40 dentists and specialists in our group who collaborate, share ideas, and support each other.

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate is intently focused on delivering the highest level of patient care, with several years of clinical experience as a strong foundation. Exceptional candidates who have recently completed their endodontic residency will also be considered. A license to practice dentistry in the state of Rhode Island, or the ability to obtain the license, is a requirement of the position.

Compensation, Benefits and Partnership Opportunities

Along with the $20K signing bonus, our dental specialists enjoy a highly competitive, collections-based salary with guaranteed minimum daily compensation for one year after joining the group. Additional benefits include Company-paid malpractice insurance, significant free in-house continuing education and financial support for outside CE, and comprehensive health and retirement benefits. After just two years, there is an opportunity for equity ownership for like-minded dentists that share our vision and values.

Please note that the $20K signing bonus assumes full-time (four or more days per week)
