As a Food and Beverage Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant by providing excellent service, maintaining cleanliness, and working closely with fellow team members to deliver a positive customer experience. Whether it’s taking orders, preparing food, or assisting with deliveries, you will be a key part of the day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist Guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring Guests satisfaction.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards and health regulations, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms. Follow sanitation guidelines to ensure food safety.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Assist with stock replenishment, food prep, and delivery orders as needed.
- Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
- Follow all health, safety, and company policies to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
- Address Guest inquiries or concerns quickly and effectively, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Recommend menu items or promotions to enhance the customer’s dining experience.
