Virtual Appointment Setter

The Virtual Appointment Setter will play a crucial role in our operations by managing scheduling and enhancing client communication. This position requires an individual with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to engage professionally with potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to clients, set appointments for our skilled plumbing technicians, and ensure that our service calendar is optimized for efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients through phone calls and emails to schedule appointments for plumbing services
• Maintain an organized calendar and ensure all appointments are accurately documented and communicated to the plumbing team
• Follow up with leads who have shown interest in our services but have not yet scheduled appointments
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns during the scheduling process
• Utilize our CRM software to track appointments and manage client information effectively
• Collaborate with team members to optimize scheduling based on technician availability and client needs

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer service or appointment setting role, preferably in a service-oriented industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to establish rapport with clients
