Job Responsibilities :
Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogged drains, water heater repairs, and pipe installations.
Provide excellent customer service and explain repair options to customers.
Work efficiently to complete warranty and retail jobs.
Maintain a clean and professional work environment.
Follow safety regulations and company standards.
Requirements :
P lumbing experience (residential service preferred)
Ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems efficiently
Valid driver’s license with a clean record
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to speak and understand English fluently
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be able to lift and carry plumbing tools and equipment
