What are the responsibilities and job description for the Plumbing Helper position at Plumbing Care Inc?
We are a fast growing plumbing company in the East Bay Area, North San Jose and Milpitas. We are accepting all candidates with and without experience. We are looking for a helper for our technician who is a critical thinker and can work independently with INTEGRITY, HONESTY & PROFESSIONALISM. We promote from within. We need people with high work ethic, willingness to learn the trade & flexibility in schedule. The job requires overtime and a 6th day when necessary.
We service residential and commercial customers for all plumbing related needs. Candidate needs to be a critical thinker and understand the engineering behind plumbing or have the ability to learn. Helpers will eventually learn the trade and become a full time plumber once we are confident they are ready for the role. Check out our reputation online. - Pay package is dependent upon your knowledge and ability to work independently. Base Hourly rate varies from $20 to $28/hr. Please speak to a manager for further details. Please note that starting pay is non-negotiable since we need to know your level of experience and customer service skills. We look forward to you joining the team!
