DAILY EXPECTATIONS
The position requires a considerable amount of physical activity including walking, standing for lengthy periods of time, lifting up to 70 pounds, climbing ladders, squatting/kneeling, crawling in tight spaces and reaching/grasping. Equal amount of time spent indoors and outdoors with exposure to hot and cold temperatures for one or more hours.

DAILY EXPECTATIONS
- Provide 5-star customer service.
- Represent yourself as a professional and industry leader.
- Be accountable to your metrics and be willing to try new things to improve.
- Be NERDY.
- Properly diagnose plumbing issues.
- Perform plumbing in-home service calls and whole home evaluations.
- Complete plumbing repairs and replacement.
- Maintain an organized, clean vehicle and work site.
- Must have plumbing service experience.
- Must have a clean, safe and insurable driving record.
- Must be honest and ethical.
- Must have a strong attention to detail.
- Must have a positive attitude and a true interest to personally improve.
