Job Summary

We are looking for a recruiter who is passionate about finding the right fit for every open position in our company. As our Recruiter Nerd you are responsible for posting our jobs in a timely manner, oversee and respond to applicants. You will mainly (proactively) source qualified candidates, pre-screen new hires, schedule interviews and ensure the communication after an interview.

Accountabilities

• Create, renew and oversee job postings.
• Source and screen candidates through various channels (job posts, actively seeking candidates, active sourcing and more).
• Pre-screen new hires prior to in person interviews (pre-employment screening, talking about gaps in the resume).
• Manage and document the recruitment process from the start (application) to the end (offer letter).
• Schedule and prepare interviews in coordination with hiring managers.
• Hit targets and metrics.
• Organize and participate in job fairs / career days.
• Taking care of tests and assessments.
• Weekly reports.
• Working hand-in-hand with human resources.
