What You'll Do: As a Territory Manager, you'll have the freedom to drive your success. Here’s how:
- Lead the Charge: Develop and implement a winning territory sales plan that takes our presence to the next level.
- Seal the Deal: Identify, pursue, and close new customer opportunities while expanding relationships with existing clients.
- Be the Expert: Deliver persuasive sales presentations and stay on top of industry trends to provide top-tier solutions.
- Service Excellence: Build lasting relationships by maintaining regular communication with customers and delivering unmatched service.
- Negotiate to Win: Work with customers to craft pricing and terms that benefit both sides—and help ensure the company’s profitability.
- Stay in the Know: Monitor customer credit and ensure compliance with company policies.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Strong business math skills and the ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and distribution software.
- 2-3 years of outside sales experience, ideally with wholesale distribution and product knowledge.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
