Summary
We are seeking a Call Center Manager to lead our customer service team at Plumbing Masters. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our clients receive outstanding support and service. As a Call Center Manager, you will oversee operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive team performance.

Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the call center to ensure efficient service delivery.
Lead, train, and motivate customer service representatives to achieve performance goals.
Analyze call center metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
Communicate effectively with customers to resolve inquiries and issues promptly.
Develop training programs to enhance staff skills in customer service and sales techniques.
Negotiate with vendors and partners as necessary to improve service offerings.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements
Proven experience in call center management or a similar role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience in project management is a plus.
Experience in software and other computer programs.
Experience with phone operating systems.
Customer service-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions for operational improvements.
