PLUMBING SERVICE TECHNICIAN
The Plumbing Service Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing plumbing systems for residential and commercial customers. The ideal candidate is someone with solid experience in service calls, repairs, and maintenance, and who thrives on providing exceptional customer care.
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and service calls.
- Communicate with customers to assess their plumbing needs and provide solutions. Provide accurate estimates for repair costs, labor, and parts.
- Maintain and organize plumbing tools, equipment, and company vehicles. Provide customers with preventative maintenance advice to avoid future plumbing issues.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Document and maintain accurate records of work performed
Qualifications:
- Plumbing service experience as a technician
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing various plumbing systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry tools, equipment, and materials as required.
- Ability to work on-call and weekends as needed.
