What You’ll Do:
Coordinate Install Projects
- Support the Service Manager and Dispatch Team to schedule and coordinate installations
- Ensure permits, materials, and subcontractors are aligned for each job
- Keep Trello boards updated and workflows clear for the install team
Communicate Like a Pro
- Be the go-to contact for technicians, subcontractors, and customers
- Confirm timelines, answer client questions, and build confidence through clear communication
- Coordinate with city officials for permits and inspections
Track Document
- Maintain accurate records of install activity, technician hours, and job progress
- Prepare reports and updates for leadership
- Stay on top of administrative tasks, including billing details, job costing, and compliance
Support Quality & Inventory
- Help verify completed work meets company standards
- Track materials used and support inventory accuracy
