Field Supervisor of our Electrical & Appliance Department, Lexington

Position Summary

The Field Supervisor of our Electrical & Appliance Department is responsible for a wide range of field management, reporting, and coaching activities. This role is the direct report for our Electrical & Appliance Installers and is to ensure there is consistent improvement with our field team (field team refers to our hourly installers) including installations. When the Field Supervisor of our Electrical & Appliance Department is successful, they are utilizing KPI’s to create action plans and incremental improvement. They are responsible for keeping the owner informed of all pertinent information as well as engaging and collaborating with team leaders. The installation of gas and electrical appliances does require a plumber's license or electrical license in the state of South Carolina.

Field Supervisor Key Responsibilities

• Lead, Manage, Hold Accountable, and Train the Electrical & Appliance Installers using the Latest National Electrical Code (NEC) as the guide for evaluating work
• Ensure we are providing Fanatical Customer Service in the field, especially making contact with and Builder Superintendents to build mutually beneficial relationships
• Create improvement in the delivery, installation and removal quality produced by the Electric & Appliance Installers
• Assist in priority situations and handle emergencies in your area as required
• Other Duties as Assigned

Required Qualifications

• Driver's License and good driving record without Suspensions is Mandatory.(5-Year Continuous Clean Record - Not Including Permit)
• Master Electrician Certificate or Plumber's License (Required)
• 2-4 year Management Degree (Preferred)
• This position requires an NDA Non-Solicitation Agreement to be signed upon being hired
• Ability to work in Elements and Perform Manual Labor
• Willing to Learn, Respectful, and Punctual/Consistent Attendance
• Ability to Troubleshoot and work independently after training
• Strong attention to detail
• Management/Leadership Experience
• Ability to work full-time from start 7:30AM until (end time varies)
• Work week is Mon. thru Fri., some weekend work available (optional)
