Plumbline Services is a trusted leader in HVAC and plumbing services, dedicated to providing top-quality solutions for residential clients. We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin Manager - Back Office Support to oversee administrative operations, reporting, and office efficiency.

What Will I Do?

  • Maintain and update company records, databases, and documentation
  • Process and track administrative paperwork, invoices, and reports
  • Support financial and operational teams with back-office tasks
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee documentation management
  • Coordinate internal communications and follow-ups
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Perform data entry and maintain organized electronic filing systems
  • Provide general administrative support as assigned


Do I Have What It Takes?

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or back-office role
  • Must have exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Must be a self-starter and driven
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Service Titan Experience a PLUS!!
