You are :
Plume is seeking an ambitious and experienced Head of Strategic Partnerships to drive growth and expansion by cultivating high-impact relationships with key ecosystem players. This is a leadership role that sits at the intersection of business development, capital markets, and product strategy. You’ll be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships that will fuel Plume’s growth and enhance the adoption of our blockchain platform for Real-World Assets (RWAs).
This role requires a forward-thinking strategist with deep experience in fintech, crypto, or traditional finance. You will drive the development of Plume's partner ecosystem, align partnership strategies with product development, and position Plume as a leader in tokenized financial assets.
Overall Responsibilities
Develop and lead the strategic vision for Plume's partnership strategy, identifying key areas for growth and expansion.
Drive the onboarding of high-profile partners, including hedge funds, asset managers, banks, and family offices, to expand the Plume network.
Cultivate, negotiate, and manage long-term, high-impact relationships with financial institutions, asset issuers, and ecosystem partners.
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Capital Markets, and Business Development teams to ensure partner needs are aligned with Plume's roadmap.
Represent Plume at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to establish the company's position as a leading RWA blockchain solution.
