What You Are Empowered To Accomplish
Plummer is looking for an industry recognized leader to join and lead our Water Treatment practice across the organization by serving as a thought leader, managing branding, and developing and winning strategic pursuits. The Practice Leader will also serve as a technical advisor on projects and will assure consistency and quality across the practice.

The Practice Leader will report to the Chief Technical Officer, who will provide ongoing guidance and mentorship.
Our Ideal Teammate
Our ideal teammate will have at least 12 years of experience in the A/E/C industry and expertise in the planning and design of water treatment systems. We are seeking an accomplished communicator with time management skills and the ability to problem solve and build relationships with clients and colleagues.
We require a bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering or a related engineering discipline. A post-graduate degree is preferred. We also require a solid understanding of the engineering fundamentals of water chemistry, open channel and pressure system hydraulics, and water treatment processes and the associated chemical systems, including a breadth of experience optimizing, designing, constructing, and commissioning water treatment and conveyance infrastructure.
Salary Range: $149,000 - $175,000
