Seeking a Project Accounting Billing Specialist
Location: TX, CO, OK, FL (including remote work) Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and submitting invoices for contracts in a timely and accurate manner
- Reviewing project contracts and ensuring billing is in compliance with contract terms
- Working closely with project managers to ensure accurate billing and resolve any billing discrepancies
- Tracking subconsultants and expenses while ensuring they are properly allocated to the correct projects
- Assisting with month-end close activities related to project accounting and billing
- Preparing and analyzing various reports related to project billing and revenue recognition
- Assisting with audits and providing support for audit requests related to project accounting and billing
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures related to project accounting and billing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or related field.
- 1 years of experience in project accounting and billing
- Experience with project accounting software (e.g. Unanet AE, Deltek Vision/Advantage, Oracle Fusion ERP/EBS).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000
