Job Overview:
As an Architectural Project Manager at Plump Engineering, you will play a crucial role in the planning, design, and successful execution of architectural projects in a building prototype system for a national retail client. You will be responsible for creating/overseeing the creation of construction documents, overseeing the entire project life cycle, ensuring client satisfaction, and meeting project goals on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead architectural projects from concept through completion, including design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs, providing design solutions, and ensuring their vision is realized.
- Team Management: Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary project teams, including engineers, designers, and consultants, to ensure seamless collaboration and project success.
- Documentation: Create and manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Permitting and Approvals: Liaise with regulatory authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals for projects.
Qualifications:
- 10 Years of experience in commercial or retail architecture.
- Strong knowledge of construction document preparation and detailing.
- Proficiency in architectural design software primarily in Revit but AutoCAD will be needed as well.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.
