Quality Control Technician: Sauna

Overview of Role
The Assistant QC Tech will report to Quality Management and support all production and warehouse processes. This role will be involved in a variety of manufacturing, testing, kitting, and packaging operations in a dynamic and proactive work environment. This position will become an active part of a quickly growing team!
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect pre-cut/pre-assembled in coming raw materials (beams, frames, electrical wire, wood moisture content).
- Inspect individual sauna pieces during build for dimensional accuracy and aesthetic flaws.
- Test electronic heaters and lights for the sauna.
- Inspect completed sauna and verify that the fit and finish of all pieces together align with our quality standard.
- Inspect the crated sauna and verify all pieces are included, undamaged, and placed properly to prevent damage during shipment.
- Document wood shop products (saunas, showers, shipping crates) with photographs.

- Experience working in Quality or Manufacturing Operations
