Overview of Role
We are looking for an Experienced Builder to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of six months of experience in a wood shop and will be responsible for fabricating and repairing parts for our saunas, managing multiple tasks effectively, and ensuring the highest quality of workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
Accomplish tasks effectively
Notify Management of inferior quality items
Effectively manage time
Assemble Crates
Assemble and cover panels
Assemble / disassemble saunas
Maintain clean work area
Our Ideal Candidate
Minimum 6 months experience in a wood shop
Ability to fabricate most parts for our sauna
Ability to repair most workmanship issues
Ability to cut material with accuracy
Understands most process areas
Ability to accomplish multiple tasks
Minimal management required

Carpentry or woodworking experience a bonus
