Position: Commercial Litigation Attorney
Location: Bloomfield Hills, MI
Plunkett Cooney, one of the largest and most accomplished law firms in the Midwest, is seeking an attorney with 5 years of commercial litigation experience to join our Bloomfield Hills office.
To be considered, you must have:
- Experience in all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, taking depositions and arguing motions
- Excellent research, legal brief writing, and communication skills
- Be comfortable with learning new computer software
- Strong analytical, writing, communication and interpersonal skills
- A J.D. from an ABA-approved law school, and
- An active status with the Michigan State Bar Association
- The ability to work on a team and be responsive to other lawyers and clients
