This year, the firm will award three (3) $2,500 scholarships to the individuals who submit the most compelling essays in response to the firm's prompt. There is no cost to apply. See below for details.
Application Period Opens: Monday, December 2, 2024
Application Deadline: Friday, January 31, 2025, 5:00 pm (EST)
Eligibility: Any law student, currently enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school.
Essay Prompt: Discuss a challenge or obstacle you have faced related to your background and explain how overcoming it has prepared you for a career in law. What lessons did you learn that will make you a more effective advocate and ally to those from underprivileged and underrepresented backgrounds.
Essay Requirements: Maximum of two pages, double-spaced, 12-point font, PDF format
