We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to help lead our warehouse team in achieving business objectives and driving growth. The ideal candidate will possess leadership skills, good communication, and overall knowledge of warehouse procedures/safety.
Duties:
- Supervise and manage warehouse staff
- Responsible for all warehouse operations and safety
- Assign tasks and job responsibilities within the warehouse
- Maintain a cohesive work environment
- Maintain and organize inventory
- Properly load delivery trucks and coordinate with drivers as needed
- Receive and unload product while ensuring quality and inspecting for damage
- Evaluating current processes and developing new processes to increase efficiency
