Success Strategy and Operations Analyst

Job Description :

The Success Strategy & Operations team at Pluralsight is seeking an Analyst to join our team and make quick business impact on critical 2025 strategic priorities. In addition to partnering with business leadership, they serve as subject matter experts on the business they support, and help drive programs, reporting, and projects that drive our business forward.

What you'll do :

Help build and standardize reporting for Support metrics that matter (KPIs)

Use SQL, Tableau, and Sheets to perform ad-hoc analysis to support the business

Prepare and support ongoing reporting needs (MBRs, QBRs, etc.)

Serve as a business partner to individual reps and business leaders

Recommend business process improvements based on data insights

Help drive cohesion between the Support org and our overall customer journey priorities in FY25 and beyond.

Experience you'll bring :

Experience working in datasets (both querying and synthesizing) via SQL or other querying languages

Proficiency in Google Sheets and other Google Suite products

Proficiency in Tableau or other reporting tools

Familiarity with Salesforce navigation, reporting, etc.

High attention to detail and an ownership mindset

Zendesk proficiency preferred

Requirements :

Requires a minimum of 2 years of related or equivalent experience.

Bachelor's degree, or an advanced degree without experience.

Work is performed in an office (or home office) environment and requires the ability to operate office equipment and keyboards. Sedentary work. Repetitive work. Ability to perform tasks related to documentation, data analysis, transcription and extensive content analysis. The annual US base salary range for this role is $64,200.00-$79,200.00 USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
