Job Description :
This is a paid 12-week summer internship position from May 12 - August 1, 2025.
Optimizing our B2C and B2B digital commerce funnels (from our website, through Cart / Checkout post-purchase upgrades through our Product platform) is a huge strategic priority for the company and represents millions of dollars of potential incremental revenue in 2025. Our small, but mighty, Digital Commerce T&O (testing & optimization) team is looking for a Summer intern to dive in with us to further refine, execute and measure our strategic plan including for example :
Continued Competitive Subscription business research (to keep us up to date with the latest trends
Leverage data / performance trends to inform our latest in-market A / B testing
Partner with teams across the company to identify and act on new commerce optimization opportunities (e.g. Creative Design Copywriting Teams, Web Development engineers, Sales / Revenue leadership, etc.
Conduct website user testing to gain further insights on what our Visitors like ( don’t like) about our commerce experiences
Who you’re committed to being :
A current junior pursuing an undergraduate degree in either Business (e.g. Business Administration, Marketing, etc.), Math / Data Science, or related field at an accredited university or college
A curious person, who is always trying to figure out how things work how to make them better
You have the ability to efficiently and effectively manage and execute a wide variety of projects simultaneously
A self-starter. You like to understand the expected outcome, get the context, and then work entrepreneurially to get it done
Data-driven. You like creating, pulling and interpreting data / info to inform your recommendations decisions
An effective communicator and influencer – who enjoys working with a wide variety of cross-functional teams / partners
Lifelong learner – who is always looking to pick-up & use new skills (e.g. Tableau, Adobe Target, CrazyEgg, Maze, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
What you’ll do :
Competitor Subscription org research – to inform our strategic plans (e.g. Product pricing comparisons – by country or region, etc.)
Performance trend analyses (i.e. identifying key areas in need of optimization that will lead to substantial incremental revenue)
A / B Testing Plan Recommendations (i.e. developing a plan for testing your hypothesis for improving our commerce funnel performance)
Conduct user testing (i.e. watching and interpreting how visitors are engaging with our commerce funnels making recommendations for improvements)
Commerce funnel audits (i.e. pose as new website visitors and go through our purchase funnels to make sure everything works as expected compare that vs. our competitors’ experiences)
Experience you’ll bring :
Relevant school projects (and / or internship) experience a plus
Ability to quickly learn new technical skills (e.g. building new Adobe Analytics reports, etc.)
