Prepare detailed status reports which include : latest accomplishments, upcoming deliverables, project metrics, and risk analysis.Develop processes and procedures to improve functions within Operations.Prepare and update detailed project plans, deliverable timelines, KPIs and milestones.Self-prioritize and work efficiently through evolving project timelines and scopes, in a fast-paced start-up environment.Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team; capable of effectively interacting with technical staff.Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and support projects of varying complexity concurrently.Required Skills : Minimum 5 years of program management experience.Proven track record of building and executing complex programs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
