The Plus Company AIOS Vice President of Internal Sales is primarily responsible for driving revenue growth by upselling AIOS to existing customers within the Plus Company network of agencies. This individual will lead internal sales efforts, working closely with agency teams to integrate AIOS into their service offerings and client pitches. The ideal candidate will know how to bridge SaaS with agency-managed services ranging from creative, media, communications, and marketing and can support internal stakeholders with wide-ranging degrees of readiness for AI, data, and tech enablement. They will have a balanced background in martech, SaaS businesses, and marketing agencies, with a proven track record of success in working with large, matrixed organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to upsell AIOS to existing agency clients
- Collaborate with agency teams to incorporate AIOS into RFPs, RFIs, and client pitches
- Design, deliver, and win pitches that showcase AIOS's value proposition
- Conduct product demos tailored to various stakeholders within client organizations
- Navigate extended sales cycles, including procurement and IT review processes
- Work with agency leaders to identify opportunities for AIOS integration in their service offerings
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across the agency network
- Create and implement best practices for internal AIOS adoption and sales
- Report on progress and key performance indicators to senior leadership
- Collaborate with the Product Marketing Manager to develop internal sales assets and tools
- Work closely with local market business development and growth leads, helping to evolve the positioning of AIOS as a key solution for current and prospective client needs.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in martech, SaaS sales, or marketing agency roles
- Proven success in working with marketing agencies or other large matrixed organizations
- Strong track record of designing, delivering, and winning pitches
- Experience in demoing complex products and navigating extended sales cycles
- Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders, including C-level executives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of the marketing technology landscape
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to be hands-on in driving deals forward
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred

Salary for this role is $175,000-225,000 USD annually depending on experience.
