About the Role

We are looking for an Office Manager and Executive Assistant to support our San Francisco office across a wide range of administrative matters. The Office Manager and Executive Assistant will ensure that the office's operations run smoothly and in conjunction with other Executive Assistants across the country, help support the administrative needs of the leadership team, all with the goal of helping the organization run efficiently. This will include both internally facing administrative office work and external logistical arrangements. This role will also support our Cyber and Physical Security Committee, along with other compliance-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Properly manage access to the office for employees, third party service providers, and all stakeholders
- Manage all mail and services for the office
- Manage calendars and activities for COO, Vice Chairman, and other leadership team members
- Support travel logistics, conference attendance, and other event management for leadership team
- Ensure that the office is properly stocked with all required supplies
- Ensure that any office projects or improvements are executed correctly across subcontractors
- Manage local logistics for meetings and larger corporate events
- Coordinate team workweeks in the San Francisco office and support coordination of company-wide events
- Coordinate with other Executive Assistants and office managers on administrative priorities for the leadership team and teams using the office for team weeks and external meetings, to include supporting travel arrangements, expenses, calendaring, etc.
- Support the Cyber and Physical Security Committee and other compliance-related matters
- Perform other duties as assigned and assist with special projects and processes as needed

Compensation, Location, and Benefits
Highly competitive remuneration from one of North America's leading energy storage developers, owners and operators. Based in San Francisco with occasional work from home acceptable depending on workload and office-based requirements.
