Overview
This role is responsible for various administrative duties in support of the Client Services team.
Essential Functions
- Set up new client initiations timely and accurately
- Conduct client services administrative support functions such as data entry and document uploads
- Prepare and review relocation and assignment cost projections
- Create, review and update client and vendor reports
- Perform quality assurance audits on relocating employee files
- Solve routine as well as complex customer inquiries through the management of the Elo inbox
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience
- Maintain consistent and reliable attendance

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or customer service role
