Landscape Maintenance Technician/Curb Appeal Specialist

```Duties```

- Perform various landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Operate and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants
- Use power tools and hand tools to complete landscaping projects
- Assist with the installation of landscape features such as walkways and retaining walls
- Remove weeds, leaves, and debris from landscaped areas
- Perform regular maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning

```Requirements```

- Previous experience in landscaping or related field preferred but not required
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and their maintenance preferred but not required
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in landscaping
- Ability to operate machinery such as lawn mowers and trimmers
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently

Technical Certificates and Certification training will be offered in all areas such as Certified Spray License, County Landscape Certifications, Hardscape Design and Build, Stormwater Management and Irrigation.

Reporting to the Landscape Manager, your role involves utilizing core skills in landscaping, lawn care, and irrigation to ensure high-quality maintenance of various landscapes. Your premium mechanical knowledge will aid in the effective use of power tools and hand tools. Additionally, your relevant skills in tree care, groundskeeping, and gardening will contribute to the overall beauty and functionality of the properties we serve. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
