What are the responsibilities and job description for the MANAGER CONTRACTS position at Plusheadhunters Consulting and Training?
We are looking for a Manager Contracts , who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end contract process for the Generics business, partnering with key internal departments to develop, write, negotiate, and implement contracts for commercial agreements.
Remote work 90% and Hybrid 10%.
Location :
This position will be located at the Miami, FL site. Preference will be given to local candidates not requiring relocation.
Minimum Requirements :
Minimum of a bachelor's degree is required. Advanced degree is preferred.
Work Experience :
A minimum of 5 years of Contracting and Contract drafting / interpretation of language experience.
Advanced understanding of legal aspects of contracts and contract interpretation is required.
Knowledge of Pharmaceutical industry and trends experience is highly preferred.
Broad-based contracting experience across multiple segments (Retail, GPOs, IDNs) is preferred.
Excellent communication (written, verbal, and presentation) skills required with ability to interact with all levels of management for both internal and external customer base.

Salary & Compensation :
125,800 and $165,100 / year.
