Job Title: UI UX Designer

Report To: Project Manager

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, human-computer interaction, interaction design, or a related field

Location: Bangalore

Shift Time: 11:00 AM - 08:00 PM

Mode: Work From Office

Terms-Fulltime/Part time/Contractual: Full-Time

Job Summary

Your primary role will be to research and design usable interfaces, perform usability testing, and create prototypes to validate design concepts. The ideal candidate will use this information to help us create the best user experience possible for our SAAS Products.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage a human-centered design process to deliver an easy-to-use user interface and user experience
• Research customers, competitors, and products
• Develop personas, scenarios, and user stories
• Work with stakeholders to identify requirements
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups
• Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback
• Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces
• Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, and informational components
• Creating original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables)
• Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g., responsiveness)
• Collaborating effectively with product, engineering, and management teams
• Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design to enhance user experience
• Investigate and demonstrate an understanding of the industry's most recent trends and innovations.
• Create storyboards to conceptualize designs and accurately communicate project plans.
• Develop and implement usability testing
• Design for accessibility standards
• Create and maintain usability documentation
• Work with developers to ensure product quality
• Ensure products are tested with customers and validated against business goals
  
  

Mandatory Skills

• Wireframing/prototyping tools such as Balsamiq or Sketch
• UX design tools such as Figma, Axure, or InVision
• Experience with user testing and usability analysis
• A professional UI/UX design portfolio for both web and mobile platforms. Working knowledge of UX design principles
• Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• A team player who can work independently, too.
• Previous Experience in Analytics & Dashboard products is a must-have.
