Duties
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
- Assist servers by providing support during busy service periods, including bussing tables and refilling drinks.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure all orders are prepared correctly and meet guest expectations.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing dirty dishes and resetting tables.
- Support food preparation tasks as needed, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive dining experience for all guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within a restaurant or hotel setting.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both guests and kitchen staff.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
