The Senior Compliance Coordinator is a key position in the Rental Office and Compliance Department, aimed at enhancing organizational compliance capacity and quality assurance while improving Plymouth's key performance indicators (KPIs) around vacancy management. The Senior Compliance Coordinator ensures timely review of applicant files and monitoring of resident recertifications, flags concerns to the Compliance Manager, and plays a crucial role in training and overseeing general tasks within the Compliance team. The position works closely with the Compliance Manager to ensure compliance with LIHTC and other funder or investor regulations, Plymouth's policies and procedures for vacancy management and resident recertifications, and fair housing law. This position also provides stability during Compliance Manager absences and supports the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Compliance team.
This is a unionized position, represented by Local 8 of the Office and Professional Employees International Union (OPEIU).
