GENERAL SUMMARY
This position of Delivery Driver is responsible for performing all delivery duties in a skillful manner within standards required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Review orders prior to delivery
- Make product deliveries and pick up items for repair.
- Load and unloads trucks.
- Adhere to time and route schedules.
- Assist Branch Manager with shipping, receiving, and inventory control procedures.
- Comply with relevant transportation and road regulations.
- Comply with relevant safety standards.
- Ensure delivery vehicle is maintained in a safe and operating condition.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) plus one to three months related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and / or other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Valid Drivers License

Position is required to work in the showroom area in addition to repairing equipment. Position is required to visit customer sites. Must be able to operate a forklift and have mechanical ability.
