Clinic Director - Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic

PPTS is seeking a driven and skilled Clinic Director. This leadership role is ideal for an orthopedic physical therapist with management and clinical experience, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a strong desire to accelerate their career in a dynamic, patient-centered practice. The Clinic Director will manage the clinic’s daily operations, ensuring excellent patient care, efficient clinic processes, and team development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, manage, and grow a new outpatient clinic while delivering outstanding patient care.
- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, including staff supervision, scheduling, and patient flow.
- Ensure high standards of clinical performance, customer service, and patient satisfaction.
- Mentor and develop clinical and administrative staff, fostering a positive, high-performing team culture.
- Drive marketing and business development efforts to promote the clinic and attract new patients.
- Collaborate with leadership to achieve business goals, including profitability and patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and internal standards of practice.
- Provide hands-on care to patients as part of a blended clinical and managerial role.
