The Customer Dining Experience Specialist serves meals to Plymouth Place residents in a restaurant-style atmosphere.
This role requires efficiency in service while maintaining attention to detail in food presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to tables efficiently, handling service ware correctly.
- Accurately provide information about the meal presented, including suggestions and answering questions upon request.
- Observe diners to fulfill additional requests and perceive when the meal has been completed, staying in the assigned area and circulating throughout the dining room.
- Remove dishes during and after the meal efficiently, ensuring sanitation standards are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to provide accurate and timely service.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and interact with residents, families, and employees.
