Job Summary
The Customer Dining Experience Specialist serves meals to residents in a restaurant-style atmosphere.
This role requires flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Job Functions
- Serve food and beverages to tables efficiently, handling all service ware correctly.
- Accurately provide information about the meal presented, including suggestions and answering questions upon request.
- Observes diners to fulfill additional requests and perceive when the meal has been completed.
- Removes dishes during and after the meal efficiently, ensuring sanitation standards are met.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
- Ability to provide accurate and timely service.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and interact with residents, families, and employees.
Salary and Benefits
