The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of control system theory, industrial automation, and instrumentation, as well as proficiency in PLC programming languages such as ladder logic, function block diagrams, and structured text.
The Automation Professional will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining control systems to ensure efficient and safe operation of machinery, equipment, and processes. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and designing control systems for industrial processes
- Implementing Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) programs to control and monitor industrial processes
- Designing and developing Human Machine Interface (HMI) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems for real-time monitoring, control, and visualization of industrial processes
- Identifying and resolving issues related to control systems, including hardware failures, software bugs, and communication problems
The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize control systems and improve operational performance. A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, automation engineering, or a related field is required.
