Front Desk Receptionist
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Provide accurate information to guests regarding the organization's services and facilities
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures for patients
- Manage reservations and bookings
- Handle patient complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and staff
- Proficient in operating a multi-line phone system
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
