PMAM Corporation, a Dallas based company celebrating 25 years of success in technology, serving 600 clients are looking for Sales Director HCM to join our growing sales team to sell our technology solutions, premier policy, certification management platform and services in many public and private sector. (e.g., law enforcement, education)

The successful candidate will lead an efficient and skilled prime organization, driving customer success, efficient go-to-market strategies, and effective deployment of a wide pool of resources. You will have proven experience of leading sales organizations, understand sales cycles, and know how to optimize investment to achieve maximum potential.

The responsibilities of this position will primarily be focused on developing new business through consultative selling to decision makers through heavy prospecting in acquiring new logos, a hunter type sales personality is a perfect fit. This position will be focused on selling our Human Capital Management software.

Job description

• Responsible for sales, strategic account planning and overall relationship management for several target customers within the region.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan for each target account and or geography and their buying centers covering the full portfolio of PM AM products and services (core and emerging technologies)

• Act as a trusted advisor to influence customer’s technology platform decisions and develop preference and loyalty for PM AM.

• Develop strong relationships with key decision makers.

• Proactively develop large project opportunities encompassing a wide range of customers and services (ex. counties and cities within the county, regional fusion centers supporting multiple cities and counties).

• Engage and lead channel partners in selling PM AM products and services to customers buying centers when appropriate.

• Develop PM AM procurement vehicles for multiple solutions to be leveraged across an entire region and multiple opportunities.

• Proactively engage PM AM executive sponsors to build a strategic relationship to position long term opportunities for PM AM.

• Must have great communication skills to articulate competitive differences and our value proposition.

• Collaborate with sales team members to enhance the sales process.

• Facilitate proper execution of transactions between sales and customer promptly, accurately and with consistent information, meeting quality metrics and exceeding customer expectations.



Qualifications:

• At least 7 years of experience in sales.

• Minimum of 4-6 years’ experience in the cloud Applications Sales industry.

• Sales management experience, in a complex solution environment, ideally with Cloud solutions.

• Must be process driven sales individual.

• Must be comfortable with cold calling.

• Demonstrated ability to articulate a strategy and plan to build a sales business based on financial objectives, territory planning, marketing plans, etc.

• Proven track record of delivering sales success personally and from a team, demonstrable experience in winning new business.

• Highly adaptable to changes in business direction, services, and needs from a potential prospect or current client.

• Individual contributor as well as team player. Strong interpersonal, oral, written communication skills and ability to present to large and small audiences. 

• Ability to negotiate prices, other concessions and terms and conditions. Strong quantitative, analytical and conflict resolution abilities.

• Ability to work with all levels of the organization.

• Adept in selling High dollar value SaaS/ enterprise solutions at CXO level.
